The Seawork range of pontoons caters for heavier applications for which standard marina systems are not suitable. Each project is custom designed to suit the site and the requirements. Pontoons with either steel or concrete structures can be supplied. Typical applications:
Seawork - Steel PontoonsThe Seawork pontoon system is a modular design that is suitable for use in coastal marinas or exposed inland waters. |
Steel PontoonsThese pontoons are designed around the Intermarine range of engineered concrete floats.

Seawork - Concrete PontoonsThe Seawork pontoon system is a modular design that is suitable for use in coastal marinas or exposed inland waters. |
Concrete PontoonsIn co-operation with Marinetek of Finland, Intermarine offers a range of concrete pontoons. Originally developed in Scandinavia to cope with the harsh winter conditions, the units have been professionally designed by one of the most reSpecificationted marine engineering companies in Finland and have been well proven.

Seawork - Floating Landing StagesThe Seawork pontoon system is a modular design that is suitable for use in coastal marinas or exposed inland waters. |
Floating Landing StagesIntermarine has designed and built a wide variety of Landing Stages to cater for vessels up to 150 tonnes. Typical examples are:
Intermarine can undertake this type of scheme as Turnkey projects covering design, pontoons, access bridges and piles or moorings. Pontoon designs can be adapted for pontoon widths up to 10m and bridges have been supplied up to 40m long. |
Interfloat - SpecificationThe Interfloat pontoon system is a modular design that is suitable for use in coastal marinas or exposed inland waters. |
StructureThe pontoons have a reinforced concrete structure with integral expanded buoyancy. Reinforcement near the surface is galvanised. Pontoons can be supplied with textile or painted protection to the base of the polystyrene. Alternative heavier duty treatments can be supplied where required. ConnectionsThe units are connected end to end with flexible connections compromising M37 galvanised bolts and rubber bushes. Units may be connected side to end by prior design. MooringsThe pontoons may be fixed either by pile or flexible moorings. 4 No. mooring points with access from the deck are built into the structure. Service DuctsContinuous top access service ducts may be built into all units down both sides. Ducts are fitted with anodished aluminium covers as standard. FendersWalkways are fitted as standard with 145x70mm softwood fenders. Lifting PointsFor safe handling built in lifting points are included in all units |
